With over 160 players in attendance at our meetings, you were able to accommodate any potential logistical challenges. All of the players who participated were pleased with your session. We at Allstream would like to thank you so much for the fantastic evening you hosted last Thursday the 11th of March. As part of the finale to a rather intensive two day information session which included employees from across the country, we were looking for an out of the ordinary event that was both entertaining and educational. The easy atmosphere created by Chef Tonia Wilson and Sommelier Zoltan Szabo combined with the fantastic food and wines allowed us to achieve these objectives in a way that was well beyond what we had expected. As far as team building excercises go - this was by far the most enjoyable one that any of us has participated in and I'd recommend it to anyone. All the best to entire staff for all their efforts.

A Celebration of Italian cuisine and wine took place at the London Club on the last Friday of this past February. It was up to Chef Tonia Wilson and Sommelier Zoltan Szabo to bring together the perfect paring of Italian cuisine and wine, and they did so successfully and professionally.
The evening was enjoyable for Club members and staff alike. Not only was the evening educational, but it was one of the best food and wine parings in the Club’s series’ of wine dinners. Mr. Szabo, who related wonderfully with the group, led insightful discussions on the selected wines with style and good manner, concentrating on each wine’s characteristics, heritage, and origin.

All of the guests thoroughly enjoyed the interactive preparation in the kitchen and then sitting down to a truly gourmet dinner paired with exceptional wines. Executive Chef Dario Tomaselli and Pastry Chef Julie Philip did a fabulous job and took away every intimidation in preparing such a fabulous tasting menu.

First of all it was fabulous to see such a great group of people at the seminar. Without overstating the obvious and commenting on how many lovely women were in the room….the diversity within that group is what impressed me the most. There were young women and older women…..there were novice drinkers and there were knowledgeable drinkers…..but most importantly they were all enthusiastic about wine!
Secondly, it was a real pleasure to work with Zoltan on this seminar, my only regret is having to leave early as I had to attend the "Flagship Red" seminar. While I have tasted with Zoltan before on many occasions, this was the first time I had the opportunity to work with him presenting to a group. I really thought that his approach to presenting the wines and talking about them was exceptional and perfect for this audience. He really connected with the group on all levels in my opinion. He was able to get technical with those persons that wanted specs….he could speak in general terms to those who preferred that….but most of all he kept it fun and entertaining. I trust you had similar comments from the volunteers who were assisting with the tasting.
I would like to take this opportunity to volunteer for next year's "Girls Night Out" seminar…..and hope that you could pair up Zoltan and myself again.
